Duck Shuffler: a person who makes a change to a report or project after it is done or sufficiently planned.

The Duck Shuffler is a Cashbot Manager Boss who was introduced as part of the Hires & Heroes Update. He can be found roaming the streets of Toontown Central. He was first revealed during the COGS.ink ARG.

The multiple 7s in the Duck Shuffler's employee ID are meant to reference the lucky number in gambling, in which this Cog has frequently done according to its Disciplinary Records. On the cogs.ink website, the Duck Shuffler's username is "rufflerbuck" and his password is "bettingonnblaack"

The Duck Shuffler has a lisp similar to that of Looney Tunes' Daffy Duck. Every "s" he makes is replaced with "th".

For reasons unknown, the Prethinker once attempted to conduct the Duck Shuffler's routine tune-up repairs, resulting in vocalization damage that the company has never paid for the repair of. For this reason, the Prethinker is unable to be in close proximity to the Duck Shuffler. The Duck Shuffler was "more sane" prior to these repairs.
